The Project Manager is responsible for leading and handling various PFS, GLS, & Engineering Service projects within the organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and delivered to the desired results. The Project Manager holds a critical position within an organization, acting as a key facilitator between various teams, partners, project teams, functional departments, and client representatives. They may report into Operational Team Leads or directly to Business Management within the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* EHS Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with SE Zero Harm, EHS Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, while proactively intervening to uphold safety and business integrity standards.
* Project Initiation & Planning: Define project scope, goals, and objectives; identify partners; and ensure contract commitments are integrated into business systems while coordinating project team activities.
* Resource & Time Management: Allocate and supervise human, material, and financial resources efficiently; create schedules to meet target dates and monitor progress, making corrective actions as needed.
* Cost Management: Monitor project financials, develop budgets, control costs, and conduct regular reviews to track expenses and maintain forecast accuracy, while managing claims with client support.
* Risk & Quality Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks; ensure deliverables meet quality standards through quality assurance and control processes, adhering to the QSP7 Non-Conformance Process.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership: Engage customers to manage expectations and maintain communication; motivate and guide the project team to foster collaboration and resolve issues, culminating in successful project closure and evaluation.
