HR Business Partner Job Type: Full-time Location: Welham Green with weekly travel to Thurrock Salary: £50,000 My client is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and growth. The HRBP will play a critical role in shaping organisational culture, supporting talent strategies, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs. Day-to-day of the role: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and challenges, offering HR insights and solutions that support organisational success. Talent Management: Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies to build a high-performing team. Lead on recruitment decisions to ensure alignment with the company’s values and strategy. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management, ensuring compliance and consistency. Change Management: Partner with leaders to manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement during transformation initiatives. Performance Management: Drive the performance review and feedback process, supporting managers in setting goals, providing coaching, and developing team capabilities. Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations, and reflect the company’s values. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Promote an inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that support diversity and employee engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Strong understanding of all HR functions including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation. Experience in change management and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
