Our client based in Norwich is seeking a candidate initially on a 3-month basis but could be extended for the right candidate.
Position: Purchasing Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Processing of purchase requests into purchase orders via phone, email, and online.
2. Creating orders.
3. Assisting end users with any supply problems and advising where products can be purchased from.
4. Dealing with queries from external suppliers.
5. General departmental administration.
Minimum Requirements:
Ideally, you will have 1 year of purchasing experience, good knowledge of purchasing procedures, as well as high attention to detail.
