As a Trainee Property Manager, you will support the property management team in the day-to-day management of residential properties, learning the ropes of the property management sector and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Assist in the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained and compliant with legal requirements. Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Assist with managing property maintenance issues, ensuring prompt resolutions. Ensure that rent is collected on time and follow up with tenants regarding any outstanding payments. Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords. Handle tenant queries and complaints, providing excellent customer service. Prepare tenancy agreements and manage the signing process. Support the senior property managers in the general running of the department. Maintain up-to-date records on property management systems. Requirements: Strong interest in property management or the real estate sector. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential). Previous experience in customer service or administration is beneficial but not essential.
