We’re looking for two HR Business Partners to join our People Department. We want our people to love being part of the RNLI. The HR Business Partners play a key role in supporting our business areas to achieve their goals in line with our strategic plans. You will be tasked with focusing on the following areas:- Owning the relationship between the Senior Leadership Teams and the wider People Department, working strategically with senior management to develop and progress creative and innovative people management solutions in order to achieve business objectives, manage risk and maximise opportunities- Planning and delivering the strategic people service to the business in line with the RNLI Strategy- Taking the lead on high-profile and future-focused issues, supporting Leadership Teams through significant periods of organisational change- Developing a People Plan that focuses on the Senior Leadership Team driving sustainable improvements in areas including Workforce Planning, Engagement, Wellbeing, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management and Succession Planning, ensuring that we spend our donors’ money wisely About you You’ll be a natural collaborator with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at the most senior levels.
