Our client whose Head Office is in Weston-super-Mare have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This full time office based role requires somebody that can build and maintain working relationships by proactively developing a host of new accounts and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to develop the portfolio of accounts. The company offer an attractive uncapped commission structure.
With the fast-paced nature of this role the ideal candidate will have excellent commercial thinking in order to effectively capitalise on profitable opportunities. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own intuition, and as part of a team, in order to contribute to the overall goals of the business. Success will be rewarded through the company’s individual uncapped commission scheme as well as through collective team targets and incentives.
Whilst previous experience in an Account Management/Sales position would be beneficial to the applicant, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
