SC cleared / Software Delivery background / Agile
Working for this established technology partner you will:
* Oversee complex service deliveries in collaboration with Operations, Project, and Service Desk Managers.
* Advocate Agile and lean practices for continuous improvement.
* Define and execute product and service roadmaps in partnership with senior leaders.
* Manage financial and contractual negotiations, maintaining customer relationships.
* Lead planning processes, balancing priorities and team capacity.
* Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively at all levels.
* Address risks, issues, and dependencies using innovative solutions.
* Engage with the wider Delivery Manager community to share best practices.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
* Expertise in contract management and customer relations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
