Are you looking for a new Part Time role?
VANRATH are working with a growing business based in the Moy area, looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of office management.
What you'll get
* £19K - £24K (Prorata)
* 24 hrs per week
* 8:30am - 5pm

What you'll do
* Assist in the production of quarterly Management Accounts and other financial reports.
* Manage and reconcile Sales/Purchase Ledgers, including processing monthly statements and resolving queries.
* Handle client and supplier communications regarding payments.
* Oversee supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and currency exchanges (Euro).
* Process PAYE, pension submissions, HMRC VAT returns, and payroll-related journals (accruals, prepayments, expense claims).
* Assist with weekly KPI reporting and fixed asset management.
* Manage daily office operations (inventory, post, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, catering).
* Support office contract negotiations (e.g., rent, internet, insurance).
* Assist with additional business tasks as required.
About you
* At least 3 years' with Accounts
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience with SAGE
* Excellent communication skills
