Support Worker

We are looking for Support Workers to join our service here at Bourne Bridge House, which is set in six acres of land giving us a beautiful working environment and great surroundings. Bourne Bridge House is a residential service where we support young adults with learning disabilities and or Autism.
We offer the chance to work in a lovely rural location with the opportunity to learn new skills. We welcome visits to our service to see if Bourne Bridge house is the right fit for you!

1. £12.35 per hour & weekends £12.60 per hour.
2. Full Time 36 hours per week.
3. Flexible shift patterns available to promote work/home life balance so a combination of earlies, lates and long days. Sleep ins and waking nights may be required.

What you’ll be doing:
12. We support people across a range of activities that can include swimming, cinema, theatre, outdoor pursuits, forest school and day to day tasks such as shopping a visit to the pub or even accompanying them on holiday.
13. Our main aim is to provide a homely environment for people with learning disabilities in which continuous encouragement, education and stimulation are at the core element of supporting the people that live here with us at Bourne Bridge House.
14. Encouraging choice and involvement, supporting with personal care, promoting engagement with in the home with life skills.
