Solid Understanding in RF component characteristics and behavior. Understanding of PHY Layer and MAC/application layer is highly desired, proficiency at MATLAB simulations a plus Strong communications and organizational skills and the ability to multitask across various disciplines and tasks Strong problem solving and analytical skills Programming/scripting skills would be a plus Description - Validating OTA test cases for different carrier/industry conformance requirements in certification test setups. - Translating industry conformance/regulatory/carrier specification requirements into test cases. Coordinating with regulatory compliance/ carrier management teams to ensure product validation covers all certification/performance tests. - Define and implement validation plan for custom SW features - Debugging marginal/failure tests with multi-functional teams like RFHW /Antenna/Product Design/EE/etc. and drive design changes to address issues - Maintain test setups via periodic checks, calibration, etc. - Drive planning and execution of final certification testing at 3rd party test labs for PTCRB/CTIA/CWG testing.
