Job Title: Hard Services Supervisor - Facilities Management
Location: Central London
Salary: £52,000 per annum - Monday Friday: 8am - 5pm + overtime

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated hard services supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, with a minimum qualification of Level 3 or equivalent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management of technical operations within our facilities management division.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review subcontractor RAMS.
2. Supervise contractors and engineers, issuing Authority to Works as needed.
3. Prepare or review RAMS for reactive and remedial works.
4. Perform building services maintenance tasks within competency.
5. Conduct general plumbing tasks.
6. Perform emergency lighting checks.
7. Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly PPM checks (e.g., HVAC, AHUs, FCUs).
8. Handle basic electrical tasks, depending on qualifications and competency.
9. Execute building installation and repair tasks (e.g., carpet fitting, wall repairs, gutter clearance, drainage).
10. Clear and tidy common areas, plant rooms, and storerooms.
11. Repair safety hazards.
12. Install appliances and machines.
13. Liaise with contractors and suppliers, managing permits and escorting as needed.
14. Manage deliveries of items.
15. Attend to reactive breakdowns.
16. Complete or assist in completing PPM regimes.
17. Monitor stock levels and initiate ordering procedures.
18. Take meter readings.
Qualifications and Skills:
19. Building Services City & Guild qualification (or equivalent)
20. Experience in a similar role
21. Electrical qualification
22. Proficient in ProLogic lighting systems
