Our client is a well established business in Coventry who have an immediate requirement to recruit a professional and proven AP Clerk into their team.
Job Description
3. Processing AP invoices
4. Query resolution
5. Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
6. Creating and updating expense reports
7. Processing reimbursement forms
8. Preparing bank deposits
9. Entering financial transactions into internal databases
10. Checking expense reports for accuracy and compliance with corporate policies
11. Maintaining digital and physical financial records
12. Issuing invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
13. A solid understanding of Accounts Payable and exposure in a similar role
14. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
15. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
16. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
