“When you choose to join us, you’re choosing more than just a job…. you’re choosing to make a difference”
We have exciting opportunities to join our newly established Criminal Justice Team within a friendly wider team of Humankind and NHS Recovery Coordinators at The Grove, Haringey. Our aim is to develop new and strengthen our existing Criminal Justice pathways into drug and alcohol treatment for people affected by homelessness, mental health, domestic violence, and experience of the Criminal Justice system.
You will be working across our newly established Criminal Justice satellites such as Probation, courts, police custody, and prisons.
You will be an integral member of one of our dynamic treatment teams working closely with team leaders and partners developing and delivering tailored support including recovery planning and case management to enable service users to make positive changes across all stages of their recovery journey.
You will provide targeted support for service users, from brief interventions through to structured treatment, ensuring that every recovery journey is tailored to individual priorities. You will take a “whole person” holistic approach, ensuring that every service user’s package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, not just their substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.
We are committed to fair chances for all and making sure everyone can access the help and support they need to realise their potential. By joining our teams of passionate individuals, you will be contributing to making this happen.
