In a nutshell…
Our client is a leading manufacturer who provides solutions to businesses across the UK and overseas. They are the leaders in product innovation, design concepts through to completion.
Working within an established sales and after service team, you will play a key role in making sure that all parts enquiries are responded to in a timely fashion. You will provide quotations, chase orders, and raise invoices whilst providing first-class customer service, keeping the customer at the forefront of communication.
What's involved for the Parts Advisor…
1. Deal with incoming calls and email enquiries
2. Check stock availability
3. Log order details
4. Organise collections and returns
5. Provide quotations
6. Upload invoices
7. Raise credits
8. Chase back orders
9. General ad hoc duties
What you'll need…
1. Strong customer service background
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Parts or spares service background advantageous but not essential
4. Detail-oriented
5. Confident manner
6. Ability to prioritise workloads
7. Competent user of Microsoft Office

This is a full-time, permanent Parts Advisor role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
