We are a small, friendly and thriving company, selling eyewear to independent opticians. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Full-Time Office Administration Assistant.
Skills Required:
1. Good organisational ability, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
2. Computer experience is essential. Knowledge of Sage or other stock control systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are preferred but not essential as training will be given.
3. A flexible approach is needed and willingness to assist in other areas of the business as required.
4. Good telephone manner.
5. Ability to stay calm and handle frustrating situations.
6. Forward thinking with the ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
Job Includes:
1. Picking and processing customer orders including invoicing on Sage.
2. Check and verify accuracy of supplier deliveries.
3. Quality evaluation and process of product and agent returns.
4. Processing customer credits and reports for warranty returns.
5. Customer service, support and processing of phone queries and orders.
6. Quality control of frames including product maintenance and repairs.
7. Product stock management and development of this area.
