Technical Support Lead (MDM Intune), Fareham, Inside IR35 £425-475 per day, 6 months initial contract.
Contract role for a Technical IT Support lead, to lead on MDM device management and operational IT support providing continuous improvement to ITSM processes. If you can provide Senior Technical IT support, and have strong MDM (mobile device management), Intune, basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / SQL) with an all-round tech background – please apply.
This role supports ITSM processes to ensure business continuity across multiple regional systems, manages technical documentation and SOP updates, and provides testing support in coordination with application and integration teams. It oversees monitoring and proactive remediation actions using tools like Splunk and Meraki, leads regional Windows and iOS patching and compliance, and maintains regional device policies.
The role supports regional device deployment, manages MDM regional management, oversees access and admin rights requests for technical teams, and provides access support for third-party partners. It also offers Level 3 application and integration support, leads archiving projects, documents, and tests the end-to-end break-fix process for the Service Desk team, extracts data from various databases, facilitates the deployment of technologies, and supports external teams with connection and access management.
There will be an application lead that you will work alongside, and it will be hybrid working with 2 days on-site in Fareham and 3 days remote/WFH.
Inside IR35 and rates circa £425-475 with an initial 6 month contract with extensions thereafter.
