Pay Rate: £25 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties:
* Provide urgent response within 2 hours or same day to patients who have gone into crisis to prevent hospital admission or quick turnaround from A&E department.
* Work also involves end-of-life care.
Requirements of the Rapid Response Occupational Therapist:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
* Recent NHS experience.
* Registered with the HCPC.
* Ability to work in the community and respond rapidly to patients' needs; must be flexible and adaptable.
* Car owner and driver essential.
* Skills and knowledge within community working and/or acute services.
* Broad range of skills and experience within care of the elderly, medical, and complex case management.
* Ability to work remotely and as part of a team.
