The Role
A experienced lecturer in Electrical Installations is required to assist with the effective planning and organisation of Electrical curriculum and teach on a range of Electrical related courses with students of varying abilities, teaching across a range of levels and awarding bodies, including Level 1, 2 and 3 courses as well as working with C&G awarding bodies. They should be willing to assist the Curriculum Manager with the curriculum development and the expansion and development of the department as well as the promotion of and other courses in the Electrical curriculum areas and participate in marketing events as required.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience. They will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy and be a qualified FE teacher or be willing to work towards this. They would have the ability to articulate clearly and to be understood in teaching and making presentations to class groups and have efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping.
