Talent and Development Apprentice
Salary:£15,000 per annum
40 hours per week

To support our Talent and Excellence team we are looking for a Talent and Development Apprentice to provide essential support,
assisting with various administrative tasks and gaining hands-on experience in Talent and Development.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!
The role will include, but is not limited to:
* Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including booking hotels and training, data entry, documentation, replying to
emails
* Assist with the administration for induction and onboarding of new starters
* You’ll provide essential administrative support, manage a variety of queries, and collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team, gaining hands-on experience in talent
development, and developing a broad range of skills to support your career in Talent & Development.
* Coordinate internal and external training events, supporting T&D managers with training logistics and participant
communications.
* Manage mandatory training compliance, ensuring records are up to date and providing reminders to employees and managers.
* Update and maintain accurate records in the Learning system, processing changes for starters, leavers, and internal moves.
* Work with the team to maximise system capabilities, reducing administrative tasks and improving the user experience for
employees and managers.
* Supporting the Talent and Excellence team with additional tasks and projects as required in line with our goals and Talent &
development strategy.
What are we looking for?
* GCSE or equivalent Maths/English Grade C/4
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and a good level of accuracy
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
* Confident using IT and have the ability to learn
