TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, and we offer specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics. We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.We're looking to recruit a Head of Sales to enable our FinTech Sales function in achieving their short- and long-term sales targets and strategies. This role will be focused on the Lending & Automotive Finance markets.
To achieve an annual revenue target for our FinTech sector and develop industry relationships within the sector
To lead, coach and manage a sector sales team to ensure the revenue targets are met and the portfolio of TransUnion solutions are sold into every sector account
Sales Pipeline always has the necessary coverage taking and reporting what remedial action is required, if the pipeline is short
Own and deliver sector level forecasting
To collaboratively work with client’s enterprise wide to ensure opportunities are maximised
To collaboratively work with Group Marketing and Product Management to maximise revenue opportunities
Work with GTM planning to develop Sector Strategy plans, implementing sales strategies within the sector to increase sales performance
Provides end to end sales leadership and accountability for the sales performance of their team, including setting KPIs for team members
Complies and adheres to all FCA regulations including TCF
Works with and builds good relationships with Business Partners from across the business to ensure all people, product, legal & Compliance and marketing activities are executed and managed consistently to Company standards
Reports and monitors competitor offerings and activity
Oversees the negotiation of client contracts ensuring in conjunction with the Account Director the new contract covers all possible solutions and is commercially sound
Skills and experience:
Sales leadership experience managing salespeople to KPI’s
Experience of selling into the FinTech sector or related financial services markets
Has worked in a regulated environment
Able to build credibility and strong relationships (internal and external)
Proven track record of dealing with c-suite level relationships.
Ability to communicate at all levels including senior management and board level
Adaptable and flexible as this role requires the candidate to work remotely, with customer travel and Transunion office engagements.
Proven track record working within the CRA and related industries is an advantage.
