We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Contact Centre Advisor to join our Customer Contact team. As a Contact Centre Advisor you will:
1. deal with all telephone enquiries within a high volume contact centre
2. provide a high quality information and advice service to customers in accordance with Council policy and strategy relating to customer care.
3. be polite, approachable and have great problem solving skills

Customer Contact & ICT
Our service has a range of responsibilities from providing advice and support to the residents of Ceredigion to providing corporate support via our ICT, reception and mailroom teams. Our service is responsible for the following functions:
4. Civil Registration: Birth, deaths and marriages.
5. Corporate Customer Services: Blue badge; Contact centre; Mailroom and scanning; Receptions.
6. ICT and Information Management: Archives and modern records; ICT support; Infrastructure and security; Project and application support; Reprographics, Technical support, Software development.
7. Library Services
