Base pay range
A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company in the travel and tourism sector, helping short-term rental property owners maximise their bookings. This business provides an innovative platform that optimises and distributes listings across major sites like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo, simplifying multi-platform management and increasing revenue.
The Role
Location: Hybrid – first month in-office, then 3 days in-office / 2 WFH
Key Responsibilities
1. Optimising Property Listings – Work closely with hosts to improve their listings, driving higher visibility and bookings.
2. Providing Proactive Support & Guidance – Advise hosts on best practices, platform features, and industry trends to maximise success.
3. Performance Analysis & Strategy – Monitor key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
4. Host Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Product) to enhance the overall host journey.
What We're Looking For
1. Customer-Facing Experience – 2+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or support within a tech-driven or service-based environment.
2. Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to engage, educate, and build lasting relationships with customers.
3. Problem-Solving Mindset – A proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing effective solutions.
4. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment.
5. Industry Experience (Preferred but not essential) – Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo or the hospitality sector is an advantage.
