Job summary The States of Guernsey are looking to appoint a Staff Nurse to join the Emergency Department within Hospital Services. It is expected that as a result of general training and experience Band 5 registered nurses are able to supervise and participate in the professional and skills development of qualified and unqualified nursing staff. By demonstrating knowledge and competence in relation to firmly established procedures and policies they shall also assist newly appointed nursing staff to progress to the same level of competence.
