Requirements:
Education and Experience
: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field : or thorough demonstratable business experience.
: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials, construction, or related industries.
: Proven track record of driving sales growth across multiple channels.
:Ideally experience in managing e:commerce platforms and digital sales initiatives.
Skills and Competencies
: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
: Strategic thinking and problem:solving skills, with a data:driven approach to decision:making.
: Proficiency with CRM systems, POS software, and e:commerce platforms.
: Knowledge of building materials, or construction industry is preferred.
