We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.
You will work in a people and technology-driven business where you will ensure a seamless experience for our customers during important moments in their lives. We provide comprehensive training so financial services experience is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to listen effectively, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also have strong problem-solving skills and be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
