Deputy Headteacher
Permanent, full time, required for September 2025
Salary: Leadership Scale L18 – L22 £75,674 to £83,463 per annum

An opportunity has arisen to join the senior leadership team as Deputy Headteacher in a successful and progressive Trust, which is committed to ensuring learning is at the heart of all we do. This role will lead on Teaching, Learning & Curriculum ensuring quality first teaching across the school, including holding colleagues to account in an appropriate and professional manner. You will set high expectations for staff and students to contribute and support outcomes and personal development. Working alongside a new Headteacher from September, the successful candidate will play a key role in setting the tone and acting as role models for staff and students.

* Support the Headteacher in delivery of the school vision for all learners

* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills that ensure everyone feels valued, supported and challenged to do and be their best – collegiality within school and across the Trust is key
