An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of HR Administrator.
The role of the successful candidate will include being the first point of contact providing administrative support to the HR Team in all areas of the employee lifecycle, resolving queries where possible and escalating to relevant HR resource as required. The role includes ownership and management of shared mailboxes and application of HR system updates, along with maintaining cyclical HR processes. This role requires a solutions focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively across the HR function, and wider club departments.
This role is offered on a 12 month fixed-term contract, for 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as first point of contact for all HR enquiries across all forms of communication, resolving where possible and/or progressing as appropriate.
* Assist the HR Team with payroll preparation each month, including but not limited to correlating internal instructions, data input on Cascade, change of terms letters and liaising with the Head of Payroll.
* Support with processes throughout employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, and completing exit interviews.
* Review and monitor absence data on a cyclical basis, ensuring notifications of absences and return to work interviews have been completed in a timely manner and escalating where appropriate.
* Support with work experience and intern placement processes.
* Pull reports for mandatory e-learning across the Club, checking compliance and escalating any gaps as appropriate.
* Support with Safeguarding compliance across the Club, including DBS renewals, escalating to the Head of Safer Sport where appropriate.
