Business Improvement Analyst
Location: Nottingham/Coventry involving travel to other sites when required.
Salary: £44,199-£56,113.

E.ON UK's Asset Optimisation and Governance (AOG) team are a growing and multi-skilled team dedicated to supporting and delivering engineering, governance, projects, risk management, and SHE expertise to enable the growth of EIS as a Sustainable Energy Solutions Business. We provide governance solutions across business activities, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure operational and technical assurance. With a commitment to maintaining governance and safety standards, we support a wide range of activities across EIS to enable our business to deliver on our promises to customers whilst navigating risk and ensuring a safe, compliant environment.
Right now, we're looking for a Business Improvement Analyst to join our AOG team. Here you'll support improvement activities to deliver measurable business benefits. You'll achieve this through a combination of project work and by building robust foundations for continuous improvement by embedding group standards to build capabilities and create engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and facilitate improvement activities to achieve local leadership and operational targets.
* Engage with a variety of stakeholders, from senior managers to front line employees to effectively problem solve and deliver a solution.
* Through improvement activities delivered, leave behind a toolkit to allow the business to sustain solutions and continually improve.
* Analyse data generating insight, reports and recommendations.
* Create, define and monitor both project and programme activity to support improvements whilst communicating with the wider team.
* Actively coach local teams to ensure working practices are functioning as intended to leave lasting change.
* Facilitate plans to redesign and optimise processes - creating measurable benefit and/or positive customer satisfaction (NPS).
* Support with the design and implementation of new working practices as directed by the Business Improvement Manager or in line with the local deployment plan.
What we need from you
* Engineering & Infrastructure Experience - Experience working in an Engineering, Construction, Installation, or Energy Infrastructure environment.
* Change Management & Implementation - Strong change management, coaching, and implementation skills to work with stakeholders, process owners, and teams to drive business improvement and lasting change.
* Influencing & Communication - Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams to directors, using strong communication skills across various formats.
* Data Analysis & Decision-Making - Skilled in manipulating and analysing data, including statistical insights, to make robust recommendations.
* Business & Financial Acumen - Strong understanding of financial and performance reports, basic statistics, and business opportunities.
It would be great if you had
* Experience of using Power BI, VBA, advanced Excel tools and other similar applications.
* Experience delivering asset management or operational improvement projects.
* An asset management certification i.e. Institute of Asset management Certificate.
* Awareness of a change methodology (e.g. Lean, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma).
