Our Digital Product teams leverage technical expertise in our engineers to drive outcomes together, taking ownership of how we deliver. We’re hiring into several squads right now, extending capability across our core credit platform.

You’ll
* Prioritise and propel our roadmap, collaborating with senior business and technology partners to land results.
* Prioritise standard product methodology in the squad to influence our day-to-day teamwork.
* Play a key role in shaping the future of our platform’s capability through driving enhancements within your product.
* Be part of a collaborative, agile team who are passionate about delivering the best and most innovative solutions for our customers and business.
What you’ll bring
We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
* Demonstrated understanding of the techniques need to deliver outcomes through a product-based agile delivery method.
* Proven ability to plan ahead, define capabilities and deliver requirements in the best way with risks and customer experience in mind.
* Shown success in delivering strong outcomes for your products.
* An ability to understand how products work best at scale from the backend perspective.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Able to remain calm under pressure and stay focused on critical objectives in an evolving landscape.
* The ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure absolute transparency on the roadmap and priorities.
And would love you to know or learn:
* Experience in developing Platform products and services in a B2B environment.
* Experience in a financial services environment with an understanding of back-end API platforms.
