Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Great AIT delivery skills and strong relevant change experience.
* A hospital clinical pharmacist background, with a strong patient focus, clinical skills, and knowledge.
* Good systems thinking, with a collaborative 'can-do' approach.
Person Specification:
Education/Qualifications/Training:
Essential Criteria:
* Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
* Statutory registration - General Pharmaceutical Council.
Desirable Criteria:
* Royal Pharmaceutical Society of GB Member.
* Postgraduate Clinical diploma or equivalent experience.
* Management qualification.
Continuous Professional Development:
Essential Criteria:
* Evidence of continuing professional development (GPhC).
* Experience of audit, projects, and managing change.
* Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience of undertaking and developing audits.
Desirable Criteria:
* Delivery of pharmacy services across a range of areas.
* Experience of budget reports (preparing or analysis).
* Involvement in developing a service within pharmacy.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Essential Criteria:
* Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* IT competencies across a range of common software.
* Advanced keyboard skills and computer literate, with the ability to use software packages (including pharmacy IT systems and electronic patient records).
* Basic project management skills.
* Requirement to use a computer screen for long periods on a daily basis.
* Ability to travel independently and efficiently between Trust locations to fulfil the requirements of the role.
