Lead IAM Engineer - Flutter UK&I

A phenomenal opportunity has opened for a Team Lead to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, part of our Infrastructure & InfoSec Tribe at Flutter UK & Ireland.
What you'll do
As the Team Leader of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate a team of engineers who provide IAM services using the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization.
The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our squad, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management Security and the ability to lead and empower a team.
The successful candidate should expect occasional international travel to other Flutter UK&I offices, which include Dublin, Cluj, Leeds, London, and Porto.
How you'll do it
Leadership skills:
1. Manage a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
2. Set team goals, define project priorities, and ensure the accurate completion of tasks.
3. Establish a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where employees are encouraged to share insights and work together.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations (1-2-1, Check-ins) and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Key contributor to the IAM strategy and roadmap, in line with Flutter UK&I's objectives and goals.
6. Collaborate with partners and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies and regulations to improve the team's capabilities.
Identity & Access management skills:
1. Possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality, including:
o Application onboarding
o Joiner, Mover and Leaver process
o Scheduled recertification of applications
o Correlation, aggregation
o Orphan management
2. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting.
3. Develop and implement robust identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver, and access request workflows.
4. Define and implement access control policies and reviews, ensuring compliance with both internal and external audits.
5. Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our identity platform and projects.
