The team are a group of 22 marketing and creative professionals. You'll be part of a sub-team within that group who focus on creating and delivering engaging, timely and relevant campaigns and communications to deepen relationships with our members – including multi-channel campaigns, mailings, emails, branch collateral, online assets and much more. We work closely with the Automation team, SBS Creative and many others cross the CMO function. Evidence of supporting team members through on the job training and/or coaching and also by sharing knowledge and expertiseAbility to evaluate creative and copy and write briefs.Ability to prioritise own planned work with unexpected requests, ensuring any potential risks to delivery are escalated swiftly and appropriately.KnowledgeUnderstanding of Integrated Marketing CampaignsKnowledge and understanding of the UK Financial Services marketplaceExperienceDemonstrable experience in a similar marketing roleEnd-to-end marketing campaign management, including planning and analysisWorking with external partnersExperience in financial services or regulated industry preferred but not essential
