They are an established UK trade supplier of creative, promotional merchandise who specialise in the manufacture and supply of Unique and Quality Corporate, Promotional Tech Products.
They are looking for a fast learner, with a can-do attitude, willing to chip in with whatever task is the most urgent. Someone who loves to thrive in their role, and wants to be part of a growing team, sharing business success, with the opportunity of career progression.
This is an office-based role so you will be required to come in to work 5 days a week.

Salary & Hours:
5. This position offers a basic salary between £28K – £29K per annum, subject to experience.
6. 37.5 hours pw; 9am – 5pm; Office-Based, 5 days per week.
7. Bonus Scheme available upon completion of Probation Period.
8. Holiday Entitlement is 21 days per annum.
Main Duties include:
9. Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives and working on own sales targets.
10. Producing quotes.
11. Processing a high volume of product orders.
12. Taking orders via phone and email.
13. Liaising with external companies to ensure the smooth running of deliveries.
14. Establish a good working relationship with customers.
15. Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
16. Handle customer calls, queries and complaints.
Key Requirements
17. At least 2 years’ experience in any client-facing setting.
18. Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications.
19. Clear and effective communication.
20. Team spirit.
21. Self-motivation.
22. High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
23. An interest in the promotional merchandise industry.
