Our Theale based client are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible until the end of August 2025. Job type: Temporary Location : Theale Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm Pay rate: £13.00 per hour As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for: Processing orders on the database Updating database with delivery dates on bespoke progressing system Answering customer queries both on email and via the phone Confirming delivery due dates for your portfolio of suppliers Updating internal reports. Ad hoc duties as and when required The successful Custoemr Service Administrator will have the following related skills / experience: Previous experience of working in a busy customer service role Good time management skills are required along with the ability to prioritise work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
