Kennedys is looking to recruit an Insight and Technical Analyst to provide the business insights that will enable a deeper understanding of Kennedys' offer, market trends, client performance and our operational efficiency. The successful Insight and Technical Analyst will play a key role in growing the audience and use cases for our data products, championing the importance of data quality and helping to deliver data projects aligned with Kennedys' Strategic Priorities. Team Kennedys Business Intelligence team is an established team responsible for delivering valued business intelligence to key clients and a senior internal audience. We constantly work towards achieving the vision of Kennedys Business Intelligence team being deemed as industry best. The team is comprised of Reporting Analysts and Specialists, Business Analysts and Insight & Technical Analysts who monitor and report key metrics to demonstrate insights to the business. Our Business Intelligence team is based in London and Chelmsford. Key responsibilities Work on projects that will utilise analytical skills to provide the business insights that will enable a deeper understanding of Kennedys offer, added value, upcoming trends, business impacts and performance Research, develop and embed innovative tools, processes or methods that will improve client reporting, reputation and team efficiency Communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the accurate delivery of client requirements and reporting To be viewed as an expert in the field, and fully understand the wider business Identify opportunities to enhance the value and grow the usage of our MI data to the business. Required experience Applying comprehensive analysis techniques to large volumes of data to identify statistically relevant trends, patterns and behaviours Manipulating data in different formats and from various platforms Interpreting complex business requirements and translating into data driven solutions Visualising and presenting data insights in an engaging manner for non-technical audiences Proficient in SQL for manipulating and extracting data Proficiency with Power BI for data visualisation Strong technical knowledge of reporting tools, statistical principles and analytical methodologies Advanced Excel knowledge Excellent attention to detail, able to multi-task whilst still delivering quality output Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
