Role Overview We are seeking a RPA Controller to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to delve into the world of RPA, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and designing small RPA processes using Blue Prism. You will work closely with experienced professionals and benefit from a comprehensive training program that offers ongoing development and support. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions to automate processes efficiently. Oversee the RPA application platform and server/infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation. Take ownership of operational issues, driving them to resolution with a proactive approach. Build and maintain strong relationships with IT stakeholders and keep them informed about system updates and upgrades. Handle fault reports, change requests, and project work throughout the full lifecycle, including design, build, test, and implementation. Skills & Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various personnel. Strong analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to complex issues. Familiarity with ICT systems, word processing, spreadsheet packages, and databases. Experience with automation technologies such as ERP scripting, Macros, and RPA tools (Blue Prism) is beneficial but not essential. Good organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage schedules, resolve issues, and handle change requests.
