Client support & service guidance - provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about their services, helping clients understand their options. CRM & database management - maintain, update, and organise the CRM system to ensure accurate record keeping, seamless sales tracking, and efficient customer relationship management. Collaboration with sales team - work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, share insights, and support business growth through effective teamwork and communication.
