As our Duty Management Officer, you’ll be making sure we’re forward planning, ensuring we have the right people in the right place to achieve our business needs.
You’ll be managing staffing levels, daily operations, and the entitlements of all employees including training.
You will be working Monday-Friday; however, there may be a requirement to work shifts including weekend working.
What you’ll be doing
1. Forward planning the staffing in the units and wider organisation for the force
2. Booking, updating, and allocating officers and staff to various training courses
3. Forward thinking to identify and formulate ways to improve and streamline working practices
The must haves
1. Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent or experience in administration and the planning and organising of events
2. Experience of accurately maintaining records
3. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use own judgement to make decisions.
