Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Support project teams in applying project management protocols and best practices.
* Utilise project management tools and methodologies (APM, Prince2, etc.) while adhering to legal and commercial requirements.
* Monitor budgets and financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
* Prepare technical reports and documentation, maintaining high-quality communication with stakeholders.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver work to expected quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with clients and project teams, demonstrating professionalism and credibility.
* Adapt to changing priorities, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Education: Degree preferred in engineering, project management, or a science-related subject.
* Experience: 1-2 years of industry experience in project management, ideally as part of project teams.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies (APM, Prince2, or similar).
* Financial Acumen: Understanding of budget coordination and financial processes.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured approach to work.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing.
* Interpersonal Skills: pragmatic, empathetic, and able to influence and motivate others effectively.
* Professionalism: high standard of personal presentation and credibility with clients.
