Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses, maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times
2. Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transactions
4. Collaborate closely with internal departments to address customer needs effectively and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers
Requirements:
7. Fluent in either French and English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
8. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner
10. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping
11. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
12. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
13. Proactive and customer-focused mindset, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
