Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing manufacturing company in Bristol. This role will focus on supporting sales, driving internal communications, producing compelling content, and managing lead tracking processes to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, you’ll play a crucial role in creating high-quality sales materials, engaging internal communications, impactful direct mail campaigns, and well-tracked lead nurturing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support Materials
o Develop compelling sales collateral, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and sales objectives.
o Brief designers on visual elements and collaborate on material creation.
o Produce technical and marketing-driven content to support sales presentations, brochures, and product sheets.
2. Employee Engagement Marketing
o Develop and maintain internal marketing updates, ensuring employees are informed about campaigns, successes, and company initiatives.
o Support the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) by managing campaigns that enhance employer branding and employee engagement.
3. Copywriting & Content Creation
o Write engaging and persuasive content for various channels, including websites, blogs, brochures, email campaigns, and case studies.
o Ensure all marketing materials are clear, professional, and aligned with brand tone and messaging.
o Liaise with designers, videographers, and photographers to get exceptional creative shots.
4. MQL & SQL Tracking and Communications
o Monitor and report on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
o Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track engagement, segment leads, and optimize nurture campaigns.
Essential Skills
* Experience in B2B marketing and/or sales, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an ability to craft technical and persuasive messaging.
* Experience briefing designers and working with creative teams.
* Internal communications or Employee Engagement marketing experience.
* Knowledge of ERP systems like Netsuite.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in briefing designers and print houses.
* Knowledge of lead tracking and reporting tools.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, or other data analysis platforms.
* Hands-on experience with email marketing.
This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Bristol office, 5 days a week.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday – Friday.
Pay: £32,000
