You Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Evaluating complex datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions to support business critical decisions Constructing accurate and detailed forecasts, with gross margin levels included Providing narrative on the P&L, emphasising how matters surrounding indirect spend and gross margins Playing a leading role in highlighting opportunities for maximising profit through new product initiatives. Providing a clear understanding of the operational stock holding, which includes raw material, packaging and consumables Playing a key role in supporting the financial modelling process to ensure it accurately reflects the complex and variable cost base of the business. Supporting the directors in an interactive way to continually refine the management reporting process for maximum insight. Working closely with stakeholders, holding them accountable for their performance against standards You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Experience within a business partnering and commercial finance role Qualified or late-stage part-qualified accountant Manufacturing exposure Strong communication skills, with good relationship building and stakeholder management abilities Excellent commercial acumen Good all round IT skills, particularly with Excel Your Opportunity This incredible business is on track to be the leading company in their field in the United Kingdom and are looking for a Finance Business Partner to help them guide critical commercial decisions on a day-to-day basis with provision of strong financial information and helping high level operational stakeholders make sense of the numbers and the narratives they conceal.
