Behaviour Intervention Teacher Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Intervention Teacher to join our team at a Primary school in Kings Norton.
This is a long-term, full-time position that offers the chance to focus on tailored behavioural interventions while supporting the school's commitment to inclusive education.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with behaviour difficulties, and will be able to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Behaviour Intervention Teacher to make a real difference in the lives of students and contribute to the school's mission to provide high-quality education to all students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement behaviour management plans for students with challenging behaviours
* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to identify and address underlying causes of behaviour difficulties
* Provide support and guidance to students to help them manage their emotions and behaviours
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, long-term contract
