1. Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture, supporting the Charity's
mission of "Making Life Better" and its i-care values
2. Provide excellent customer service to all patrons of the Inverness Botanic
Gardens and catering operations at Inverness Leisure
3. Contribute to the smooth and professional operation of the Cafés, ensuring a
safe, healthy, hygienic, and welcoming environment
4. Adhere to all company and legal requirements regarding hygiene, health and
safety, food hygiene, fire safety, security, alarms, energy conservation, and
recycling
5. Participate in fully provided training in barista skills, health and safety,
customer service, and food preparation to ensure compliance with workplace
standards and safe food handling practices
6. Promptly report any complaints, compliments, accidents, near misses, fires,
thefts, damages, or other incidents to the Café Supervisor
