Responsibilities of the Financial Planning Administrator:
1. Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team
2. Assist with new client onboarding and account management/maintenance
3. Produce a range of client reports, valuation statements, portfolio overviews
4. Prepare information for client reviews and meetings
Background of the Financial Planning Administrator:
1. Experience working in Financial Services, preferable Financial Planning/Advice or Wealth Management
2. An understanding of the Financial Planning/Advice process
3. Administrative, Operational, or Client facing exposure within Financial Services
4. Strong accuracy and attention to detail
