The Role: On behalf of our client we are seeking a HR & Recruitment Administrator.This is an integral role to the smooth and efficient running of their busy HR department.You will also gain the opportunity to study for the CIPD qualification. In your role responsibilities will include: Recruitment Co-ordination: manage their recruitment processes ensuring that the relevant and necessary processes and information are obtained Manage all new starters and ensure they are compliant HR administrative responsibility for new starters, leavers and any changes to employment terms and conditions or personal information, update their CRM and HR files Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries to HR, including monitoring of the HR inbox and directing incoming emails to the Director of HR and HR Advisor The Person: For this role our client is ideally seeking someone with previous HR or administration experience gained in an education setting. As well as this you will have: Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to work calmly under pressure and to prioritise competing deadlines Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels Previous experience of working in HR, and in education, would be an advantage but is not essential. Most importantly, you will be efficient, keen to learn and quick to pick things up.
