Salary: Voluntary unpaid but with Subsistence Allowance
We are looking for Directors / Trustees who, along with the other Board members, will actively oversee the strategic direction and management of The Oak Partnership.

What we’re looking for:
1. We are looking for people willing to bring energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the role, and who will broaden the diversity of thinking on our board.
2. We would welcome applications from professionals with experience in: HR/ employment law, building/ premises management, IT or education.
3. Make a Difference: having a positive impact on the local community. By having a say in the education of children and young people, you have the potential to affect the outcomes of our children and have a positive impact on education in the area.
4. Connecting with other professionals and building a network that could build and enhance business partnerships.
Our Directors meet 12 times a year - each meeting is 1.5 to 2 hours long - a mixture of in-person and online. Outside of these meetings, there could be exceptional meetings for exceptional circumstances such as a panel where you could offer an independent view.
The Oak Partnership Trust is a family of schools that cater for children and young people from 2 – 19 years old. Established on 1st January 2019 with a clear purpose of being an inclusive community of schools which inspires a passion for knowledge and the courage and confidence to fly. Our Trust consists of 9 settings - a mixture of nurseries, primary schools and special schools.
