About the Role
You’ll be a driven business development executive looking to make a move into a business that’s going places.
Key Responsibilities
1. Comfortable making contact (cold and warm) with senior people at our target clients by phone.
2. Persuading them to have a longer conversation about their plans and how we can help them.
3. The ability to ‘open doors’ on the phone consistently, every day, is vitally important.
Ideal Candidate
If you don’t get excited every morning about hitting the phones and selling, this isn’t for you. If you’ve sold services such as:
1. E-learning design and development
2. Learning consultancy
we’d love to hear from you. Other sectors that are naturally suited would be:
1. SaaS
2. Professional services
3. Where the sale has a services element (i.e. understanding how to demonstrate value in the long term).
Location
The role is office based in lovely Dorking in Surrey, a few minutes from the high street with its superb selection of shops, coffee outlets, and pubs.
Interview Process
Our interview process starts with a phone call and then at least one face-to-face meeting.
