The Renewals Advisor role manages the renewal of existing subscriber sales.
Operating to monthly targets, you will consult with the customer base via telephone and e-mail, enforcing the value of the membership and ensuring our clients have had a smooth customer journey through the SSiP accreditation process, always providing an exceptional customer experience. What that means day to day:
1. Renew contractor memberships through inbound and outbound calls, meeting KPIs and productivity goals.
2. Address contractor queries and promote membership benefits, including risk management.
3. Build strong relationships with a consultative approach to resolve concerns.
4. Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling additional products.
5. Maintain accurate contractor data in the CRM.
6. Suggest strategies to boost membership renewals.
7. Manage your sales pipeline with a strategic focus.
8. Follow a daily productivity plan to ensure customer retention and minimize churn.
9. Write engaging, professional emails to connect with members.
10. Meet individual and team KPIs, contributing to coaching sessions with a growth mindset.
What you’ll need to be successful: To be successful in this role, you will require telesales, objection handling and customer service experience. You will need to be able to articulate and deliver an effective sales process. You will have demonstrable successes in a sales/retention role, working to revenue and KPI targets.
You will need to be highly organised to ensure each client is effectively communicated with in a timely manner. You will need to be creative, dynamic and enthusiastic! You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive outlook to work, with the ability to work under pressure. You will be able to work effectively within a team - supporting colleagues where required.
You will need to be competent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
