Business & Finance Manager
Office based in Totnes, Permanent, full-time position, salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.

An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established company as a Business & Finance Manager offering a permanent position with great benefits.
Role Responsibilities:
The Business & Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the property and real estate industry. Duties include:
* Managing financial transactions
* Preparing financial statements
* Monitoring cash flow
* Analysing financial data
* Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in financial management
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge and Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interpret financial data and trends
* Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
